一種完全天蘿蔔糕然的、主要的啤酒酵母（釀酒酵母），特含氨基酸源、復合維他命B和各種礦物質。

來源：大多數啤酒酵母都來源於啤酒發酵，利用谷物（如大米和小麥）、麥芽、活性酵母和曬幹的啤酒花進行發酵。啤酒花使啤酒具有特有的香味，而同時也會產生副作用，給幹燥的啤酒酵母帶來一絲苦味。雖然人們在最終處理幹燥啤酒酵母之前，想盡各種樹子蒸鯧魚辦法來除去這種苦味，但結果總不盡人意，大多數酵母依然帶有那麼一絲苦味。

Solgar的啤酒酵母是由甜菜糖蜜釀制而成，整個過程都有嚴格控制措施。發酵結束後，收集並晾幹酵母，同時，使用特殊的技術工藝來保證內含的蛋白質、維他命和礦物質成分不受損害。

建議的使用方式

成人每日2大湯匙（30克），也可撒入谷類食物、色拉中或放入燉菜、湯、醬汁、肉汁、果汁或烘焙食物中食用。
