（中央社記者董俊志高雄13日電）總統蔡英文今天視導高雄左營海軍威海營區並登迪化艦對官兵精神講話，勗勉迪化艦提前出發執行南海巡航任務，就是要展現台灣人民捍衛國家利益的決心。迪化艦隨後在10時55分啟航執行南海巡弋任務。
南海仲裁結果12日出爐，赴南海進行巡弋任務的海軍康定級迪化艦，今天提前從左營軍港出發，執行南海巡弋任務。啟航前，蔡總統登艦對官兵精神講話，總統說「今天，迪化艦就要出發，執行南海的巡航任務」這一次的任務，提前展開，意義也格外不一樣，因為就在昨天，南海情勢有了新的變化。
總統說，迪化艦提前出發執行南海巡航任務，「就是要展現台灣人民捍衛國家利益的決心」，她期勉航向南海，捍衛國家的權益。
蔡總統今天登艦除精神講話，並巡視艦上戰備整備及生活設施，慰勉激勵官兵。總統離艦後，迪化艦準備離港作業，於10時55分啟航執行南海巡弋任務。1050713
