調寄　「一翦梅」 半千叟

銜愁低語燒紙鷂，〈註一〉　風急樹梢，　雨掠枝腰。
萬事到頭都冰消，　奈何重描，　那堪殷招。　〈註二〉

噙淚高歌渡曲橋，　小花新凋，　落葉斜飄。
問卿何處把夢拋？　來也悄悄，　去也悄悄。

　
〈註一〉日本箱根地區有言， 如想美夢成真， 定將摺一千隻紙鷂。
〈註二〉此乃世界根本之荒謬， 凡人夢雖有異， 結局則一。

With impeccable sorrow I dispose of the ancient memories
While the howling wind hits the naked tree tops, and
the pounding raindrops sweep through the shivering branches
Seeing all manifestations eventually devoured by the perpetual
oblivion
Why endlessly pursue, knowing the colorful bubbles must pop?

Crossing my favorite bridge, singing a sad song
The tiny wild flowers have just withered
So are the fallen leaves flying without prominence
Where, my dear, have you put away your beautiful dreams?
They just come and go, come and go, in extreme silence
