（中央社記者王承中台北28日電）財團法人二二八事件紀念基金會董事長陳士魁今天表示，二二八事件日籍受難者青山惠先家屬申請賠償爭議，基金會已經在24日召開董事會決議不再上訴。

陳士魁指出，基金會董事對於青山案件都是同意賠償，可是對於日方長久以來對台籍日本兵及慰安婦的漠視，董事會一致表示非常遺憾，今天他藉此機會，對於日本政府的延宕及忽略，表達非常的不滿。

另外，陳士魁也指出，從民國102年5月至今，基金會受理經審核成立的賠償案件總共2290件，賠償9982人，賠償金額達新台幣72億846萬多元，目前已經領了71億8880萬元，但還有77人、1925萬元未領，大部分是因有些受難者家屬行蹤不明。1050228紀念228 一同聆聽台灣之聲－蕭泰然音樂會

二二八事件日籍受難者青山惠先之子青山惠昭，向二二八事件紀念基金會申請新台幣600萬元賠償未果而跨海提告。台北高等行政法院在17日判決青山惠昭勝訴，應獲賠600萬元。

他說，日前也跟青山惠先的家屬青山惠昭表達，希望他回到琉球後，向日本政府表達台灣的立場，希望基於人權無國界、平等互惠原則，日方應該對於台籍日本兵不平等補償以及台籍慰安婦的賠償，再好好思考。
