（中央社記者王承中、陳俊華台北31日電）中國國民黨立法院黨團今天上午占據立法院議場發言台，杯葛行政院長林全首次施政方針報告，要求林全承諾不開放含萊克多巴胺美豬及日本核災地區輻射食品。

另一方面，不少豬農為抗議政府有意開放含萊克多巴胺美豬進口，上午集結在立法院外，青島東路側目前已封路，各出入口都有數十名手持盾牌警員戒備，馬路上已架起舞台，寫著「綠色執政，詐騙保證」。

國民黨團書記長林德福表示，要求林全承諾不開放含萊克多巴胺美豬及日本核災地區輻射食品，不簽字就無法上台。

20日剛上任的林全首度率閣員到立法院報告施政方針並備詢，國民黨籍立法委員集體換上藍色上衣，上午7時就進入議場，還發出8時開黨團會議通知，虛晃一招，以3隻綠色小豬占據發言台，喊出「國民黨戰鬥」。1050531
