行政院長林全昨（二十）日在立法院施政答詢時表示，這次風災期間，所有救災人員的付出，而且是在非常危險或困難情況下，他們所從的事任務都能圓滿達成，這一點政府應該對這些同仁表示最大的感謝。

【記者許志煌／台北報導】行政院長林全昨（二十）日在立法院答詢表示，他在視察中央災害應變中心的談話並沒有指責台電員工，而是部分人的曲解。林全強調，他當時只是說：「我們需要讓台電副總經理下去」，因為副總經理下去才能協調快速解決問題，而非讓第一線的員工自己去解決；其次也可讓屏東災民知道，台電的高層跟他們站一起共同克服困難。但沒有想到他這番談話卻遭到曲解。
