Sbject:Practice our Tai Chi Chuan

Subject: 1/Conception Vessel （CV）color blue is the (moon),
2/Governor Vessel （GV）color red is the (sun), Relax .. Now breathe in.. Deep breath .

Today we are studying Tai Chi, At first, we must understand two Meridians: The Conception Vessel(CV) and the Governor Vessel(GV).
Now we will breathing air in and out. Both inhale, exhale .

Now we are breathing air in , useing notion and action to do it.

(refer figure 2 （GV）,use top of tongue touch up tooth inside at the (pm 27),refer figure 3 （CV）and figure 4 （GV）,refer figure 5 ,The eyes open 30%.), around the red line go on!

(1)fron nose Inhale (oxygen)

(2)to belly "hold your breath" 2~3 seconds and add your belly power

(3)→ B1 passed groin A1

(4)to anus and closed anus "hold your breath" 2~3 seconds and passing to A2

(5)Sacrum A3

(6)lumbar A4

(7)thoracic

(8)cervical

(9)top head A6

(10)through B3

(11)to belly

(12)use mouth breathing air out. Exhale (carbon dioxide),finshed one cycle. (that is small sky cycle.)

*1/Conception Vessel （CV）(moon)( as the ocean), 2/Governor Vessel （GV）(sun)(as the sea).
They can control another 12 Meredians.(moon) & (sun)(as the river).level of the river water (energy).

(2)（LI） Large Intestine Meridian 。

(3)（ST） Stomach Meridian 。

(4) （SP）Spleen Pancres Meridian 。

(5) （HT）Heart Meridian 。

(6) （SI）Small Intestine Meridian 。

(7) （BL）Bladder Meridian 。

(8) （KI）Kindey Meridian 。

(9) （HC） Heart Contrictor Meridian 。

(10)（TH） Triple Heart Meridian 。

(11)（GB） Gall Bladder Meridian 。

(12)（LV） Liver Meridian 。

There are 12 Meridians name at the circle picture.

The 12 Meridians Time

(1) （LU） Lung Meridian 。The time it actively circulates throughout the body is at AM.03:00~AM.05:00 。

(2) （LI） Large Intestine Meridian 。The time it actively circulates throughout the body is at AM.05:00~AM.07:00 。

(3) （ST） Stomach Meridian 。The time it actively circulates throughout the body is at AM.07:00~AM.09:00 。

(4) （SP）Spleen Pancres Meridian 。 The time it actively circulates throughout the body is at AM.09:00~AM.11:00 。

(5) （HT）Heart Meridian 。 The time it actively circulates throughout the body is at PM.13:00~PM.15:00 。 AM.11:00~PM.13:00 。

(6) （SI）Small Intestine Meridian 。The time it actively circulates throughout the body is at PM.13:00~PM.15:00 。

(7) （BL）Bladder Meridian 。 The time it actively circulates throughout the body is at PM.15:00~PM.17:00 。
