遠雄董事長趙藤雄昨親上火線，保證大巨蛋絕對是一個「好蛋」，卻遭市府團隊踐踏，叫遠雄「情何以堪」。對此，主責大巨蛋重新議約的台北市副市長鄧家基昨晚透過書面聲明強硬宣示，市府不可能拿民眾的生命去「冒險」，歡迎趙藤雄到市府來談。
此外，面對遠104勞工貸款項雄多次質疑北市府體檢小組的檢查方式及標準，主導體檢報告的北市副市長林欽榮態度低調，僅表示昨天下午他都在主持會議，不瞭解遠雄說法，所以不做回應。
鄧家基說，市府必須為市民的生命安全把關，所以公共安全是市府最注重的關鍵，日前安檢小組提出的報告，也是在「保障市民生命」的原則下完成，一切可受社會公評。
他重申，大巨蛋必須要安全無虞，才能讓民眾放心，北市府的原則依然是「沒有公安、沒有營運」，不可能拿市民的生命去冒險。他也指出，對於各種公安改善方案，市府都保持開放態度，「歡迎遠雄趙藤雄董事長隨時來市政府，坐下來討論安檢公安的問題。」
