國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱23日下午在接受台中廣播節目專訪時，有民眾Call-In提問，「我想問一下，為什麼林益世跟賴素如都沒有事情啊？劉政鴻把苗栗經濟搞成這樣子，這樣對台灣是好的嗎？」，頓時讓現場尷尬，主持人只好出面緩頰。

洪秀柱昨日下午在台中廣播節目接受民眾Call-In，有不少民眾Call-In表示，「一定支持洪秀柱」、「（投馬英九）我超後悔的！希望妳不要讓我後悔！」。

不過，有一名台中的聽眾楊先生Call-In指出，「我想問一下，為什麼林益世跟賴素如都沒有事情阿？劉政鴻都把苗栗的經濟搞成這樣子，這樣對台灣是好的嗎」？讓現場氣氛頓時尷尬，洪秀柱立刻回應表示，「當然不好阿！」楊先生持續追問，「對啊！這個要怎麼預防」？

沒等楊先生把話說完，洪秀柱立刻接著說，每個縣市的財政問題，縣市首長都要加以警惕。而就在兩人對話後，主持人出面緩頰，「楊先生、楊先生，這個問題只要洪秀柱能上任總統，她一定有她的辦法」。希望這位民眾冷靜，並說，「你放心，我們就好好支持她」！
