【記者蕭文彥台北報導】中國國民黨立法院黨團31日表示，民主進步黨總統參選人蔡英文的8年20萬戶社會住宅計畫根本是空心政策，現在就可以宣告她會跳票。

蔡英文30日提出安心住宅計畫，承諾若當選會和縣市政府合作，辦理社會住宅，8年完成20萬戶，只租不賣，打造租金合理、環境優質的友善住宅，讓年輕人、中產階級、單親家庭、身心障礙者和老年人都容易找到安心居住的家。

國民黨團副書記長王育敏31日召開記者會說，蔡英文說的根本是空頭支票、在「呼攏」選民。台北市長柯文哲曾說，過去他提4年蓋5萬戶公住宅「不知道怎麼做夢夢到的？」想請問蔡英文「8年20萬戶是不是也是做夢夢出來的？」

王育敏指出，社會住宅最大問題是土地取得，政府和蔡英文估算數字相差6倍，難不成蔡英文執政就可以變魔術，變出社會住宅嗎？蔡英文的政策空話一堆，現在就可以宣告她會跳票，這根本做不到。

國民黨政策委員會執行長賴士葆指出，目前台灣幾個大都市估算合計社會住宅了不起只有10萬戶左右，不知道蔡英文的20萬戶在什麼地方？且台灣有近100萬空屋，最該做的是活化空屋，希望看到政見是建立租屋制度，改變非得買房不可的概念。2015/8/31
