台北市廉政委員會日前公布大巨蛋調查報告，質疑總統馬英九涉嫌圖利，建議「移送」法務部，國民黨北、高兩市議員昨天聯合開記者會反擊，質疑廉委會淪為政治打手，五大案還在查，柯文哲卻密會廠商後宣布爭議可望落幕，嘲諷廉委會「還有臉做下去嗎？」

北市府發言人林鶴明表示，廉委會的報告和資訊都是公開的，可供外界檢視，北市府沒有政治目的，柯市長也說要讓當事人有說明的機會。

台北市議員王欣儀、郭昭巖、李彥秀、秦慧珠及高雄市議員陳麗娜昨天在台北市議會開記者會，質疑廉委全是民進黨人馬，北高兩市都有巨蛋，一樣是開發權利金、營運權利金都是零，但北市府零出資，高市府要出資十五億元，卻無人質疑違法，根本就是兩套標準。

陳麗娜說，台北市副市長林欽榮過去是高雄市工務局長，任內歷經巨蛋、世運主場館等兩大標案，其中得標廠商團隊都有日商竹中工務店；如今大巨蛋安檢報告，又把竹中工務店找來體檢。為什麼林欽榮到哪裡，竹中工務店就到哪裡？

郭昭巖指出，和台北大巨蛋相比，高雄巨蛋的回饋項目比台北市少許多，馬英九卻反被指圖利；松菸文創案由柯文哲和廠商密會，事情就解決了，「是柯的好朋友，就好辦事？」
