（中央社記者劉冠廷、王承中、溫貴香台北5日電）立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會今天初審通過攸關週休二日的勞動基準法部分條文修正草案，被指「一分瑩」的會議主席陳瑩表示，絕非蠻幹或一分瑩，完全汙衊。

陳瑩表示，上午5時就坐在主席位置上，一直到整個程序完備結束，至少在9時30分離開，一分瑩說法完全是汙衊、沒這回事。

陳瑩會後受訪表示，修正重點包括加班費提高2倍、全國休假日一致、週休二日與放寬特休假等限制，以年底前完成修法為目標，為防止其他黨團提復議，民進黨團已主動提復議，會議具完整性與合法性，在議事人員等人共同監督下，沒遺漏任何一個程序。
