柯瑞領軍的勇士隊今天以92：86擊敗馬刺隊，不但中止馬刺在主場的連勝紀錄，還寫下打平NBA歷史上最佳的單季72勝紀錄。不過，柯瑞開心之餘還是強調，「我要總冠軍。」

柯瑞表示打平公牛隊在1995年到96年之間寫下的紀錄，當然非常榮耀，「我們讓球隊在歷史上留名，這是非常了不起的。」不過他也說，開心之餘自己仍沒有改變最大的目標，「我們很享受，但目標是奪下總冠軍。」去年柯瑞帶領球隊在決賽中擊敗騎士隊。

此役柯瑞轟下37分，雖上半場一度落後，但下半場要回節奏、讓馬刺配合勇士只能打快。最後21秒，馬刺追到只剩4分，但未能上演大逆轉。這場比賽馬刺總教練波波維奇讓鄧肯休兵，不願意為了例行賽而影響到季後賽的體能問題，堅持啟用「輪休」戰術。

勇士「二哥」湯普森則坦言，能夠在馬刺主場贏球太開心，「這是甜蜜的滋味，去年每個記者都在問，我們在這裡打得很辛苦，這場勝利意義重大。」格林則說，拿下單季72勝的意義，「就是代表我們能夠拿到73勝。」今年例行賽最後一戰將在台灣時間週四早上10點半進行，勇士主場面對灰熊隊，如能拿下勝利就能寫下NBA史上單一球季最多73勝。
