法官查封票匭他控選委會技術性杯葛

記者於慶璇／台北報導

台北市長選戰激烈，國民黨候選人丁守中最後以3254票些微票數，敗給了現任市長柯文哲，丁陣營28日再度聲請驗票，親赴法院繳交428元保證金，台北地院今（29）下午派員前往台北市選委會查封票匭，預計下周一12／3開始進行驗票。

但丁守中代表團的律師葉慶元則提出質疑，候選人聲請驗票依法每票繳交3元保證金，但北市選委會卻疑有技術性杯葛行為，不願支出其他相關費用，例如人員協助費用，反而要求候選人額外墊付，認為此舉已違背法律，質疑利用小動作干擾人民行使法律權利，希望只是場誤會，盼選委會能依照法令配合驗票，這樣人民權益才能獲得彰顯，民主才能獲得保障。

至於究竟需要召集多少人力協助驗票，葉慶元表示將會再和法官確認，預計下周一起開始驗票。目前法官已會同雙方律師進行第一步清點動作，將各選區票箱清點後貼上封條。北院下午預計將派出約10組法官、書記官，連同工作人員約30人進行查封作業，若人數不夠將會再加派人力，預計日落前完成。
