（中央社記者郝雪卿台中29日電）八仙樂園塵爆意外造成數百人受傷，台中市長林佳龍今天對此表達遺憾與不捨，並說，將就事前防範與事後搶救建立明確機制。

八仙樂園粉塵閃燃意外導致近500人燒燙傷，其中有13人為台中市民，林佳龍今天在市政會議上表達遺憾與不捨，會中還指示副市長林陵三籌組專案小組，針對類似公安事件，就事前防範與事後搶救事宜，建立明確機制及釐清權責。

林佳龍在得知塵爆案後，隨即致電新北市長朱立倫表達關心之意，他說，中市府將提供傷患後送及各項支援，以協助度過難關外，也要求市府團隊動起來，積極與新北市聯繫，建立支援燒燙傷醫療物資與病患後送管道，「當作自己的事情積極作為」。

林佳龍還宣布，配合內政部消防署指示，中市嚴禁使用任何可燃性細微粉末辦理活動，而轄內的麗寶樂園與東勢林場遊樂園區等兩處大型遊樂設施，除原本由觀旅、都發、經發、消防、勞工等單位所負責的定期檢查之外，由於暑假旅遊旺季即將來臨，市府將更加強定期安檢及業者宣導。

消防局長蕭煥章表示，配合消防署，中市將禁止使用各式粉末辦理活動，消防該局也會配合林陵三召開的專案小組會議，提出事前預防與事後搶救的機制。

台中市都市發展局長王俊傑說，這次事件顯示遊樂園內安全通道指示不清的問題，未來都發局辦理遊樂園聯合稽查時，會針對此部分加強檢查，避免業者違規使用。1040629
