美國職業籃球NBA奧克拉荷馬雷霆(Oklahoma Thunder)明星球員杜蘭特(Kevin Durant)和魏斯布魯克(Russell Westbrook)，24日遭NBA當局罰款，但未被禁賽，使他們仍得以在正如火如荼進行中的季後賽中登場。
雷霆在NBA季後賽第一輪，目前以三勝一敗的戰績領先達拉斯小牛(Dallas Mavericks)。在23日進行的第四場比賽，雷霆以119比108擊敗小牛，但陣中兩位大將卻遭到罰款處分。
「忍者龜」魏斯布魯克是因為對一名球迷出言不遜，被罰款2.5萬美元。至於杜蘭特則是因為對小牛球員安德森(Justin Anderson)二級惡意犯規而被罰1.5萬美元。杜蘭特在一次爭搶籃板的過程中用手擊打安德森頭部。經過錄影檢視，杜蘭特被裁定二級惡意犯規，並且遭驅逐出場。事後，杜蘭特認為裁判的決定並沒有錯，但強調不是故意傷害對手。
所幸這兩名雷霆大將並未被禁賽，因此在25日進行的第五場比賽，仍可以上場。目前已經取得三勝一負絕對優勢的雷霆，希望在主場就結束第一輪比賽。
NBA季後賽採七戰四勝制。
