（中央社記者陳俊華、溫貴香台北2日電）立法院秘書長林志嘉今天說，新設立法院院務會議，每週由他主持、每兩週由立法院長蘇嘉全主持，院內一級主管參加；立法院副院長蔡其昌也組小組研修網路連署重大政策。

他說，這是創舉，過去立法院沒有院務會議，將可讓不同部門首長在會議交換意見、凝聚共識。

林志嘉表示，蘇嘉全允諾未來一定開放公民記者進到委員會採訪，但受限會議室空間相當有限，要考量立委安全，須有整體配套。
