（中央社記者黃旭昇基隆市8日電）受到蘇迪勒颱風帶來豪大雨影響，基隆河上游河川水位高漲，8日凌晨4時41分員山子開始分洪。 經濟部水利署第十河川局說，這是今年第1次分洪，也是民國93年以來第30次分洪。

第十河川局今天清晨5時表示，受蘇迪勒颱風影響，基隆河上游水位高漲，員山子於8日3時40分，到達警戒水位62.5公尺，洪水越過側流堰，進入分洪靜水池。

由於基隆河上游山區，雨勢持續不斷，24小時累積雨量高達192公釐。今天凌晨4時41分，員山子水位已超過63公尺，洪水經由分洪堰，進入隧道開始分洪。1040808
