網路名人朱學恒昨天在臉書貼出柯市長去年3月誓言要9個月內解決內湖塞車問題，並提醒他「已經過九個月很久了，內湖現在塞得更嚴重（攤手）！」朱學恒問柯市長：「你的SOP呢？是不是該有人負責啦！」
朱學恒建議柯市長，人有夢想很好，但當台北市長還是先專注本業比較重要，「等市長做好了，要去騎腳踏車，就不會有人反對」。
朱學恒表示，沒有人可以自以為聰明，可以通才地了解所有的專業，要多聽聽專業的意見； 柯市長自認為是梟雄，但過去的梟雄曹操下場不是很好，「請柯市長多聽專業意見，把交通搞好再說吧！」
