（中央社仰光10日綜合外電報導）緬甸執政黨資深黨員今天表示，他們「徹底輸給」翁山蘇姬（Aung San SuuKyi）領導的反對派。此時，民主象徵性人物翁山蘇姬距離勝選似乎僅咫尺之遙。

法新社報導，一點一滴發布的初步大選結果指出，翁山蘇姬所屬的全國民主聯盟（NLD）將獲得壓倒性勝利。目前為止下議院開出的54席，全民盟就囊括49席。

執政黨聯邦團結發展黨（USDP）目前則只拿下3席，已做好遭擊潰的準備。

資深黨員其溫（Kyi Win）在首都奈比多的政黨總部向法新社表示：「執政黨聯邦團結發展黨徹底輸了，全國民主聯盟獲勝。」

「這是我們國家的命運，讓他們（全國民主聯盟）治國。翁山蘇姬現在必須扛起責任…不管如何我們要恭喜他們。」

退役軍官其溫說，全民盟將在國會取得多數優勢。
