The relationship between my parents and I is very close. Since I was a little girl, I would tell my parents every thing in school. Although now I have left my home and stay in Taipei, I still call home about three times a week to tell them what has happened in school and my moods. I think the reason I got this custom is that I am the only child in my family and my parents raised me in their own fair hands.

   My parents had a little extension classes in my old house; my father taught math and my mother taught English. When I was very young, my parents always took me to the extension classes with them. When they taught students, I was put in my grandparents’ room to write my homework, study, watch TV or play toys, and then when they finished class, they would took me home or to a restaurant to eat night snacks, In that time, I would tell them everything that had happened in school on the day, and they always listened to me very carefully, and answered my question with patience. Although I didn’t go to the extension classes with them when I grew up, I still talked to them about everything involving my feeling, and things which bother me.

    I loved my parents very much, and to me, my parents are not only parents but also my brother and sister, my friends, and the most important people in my life.
