行政院長林全今天表示，大學沒裝智慧電表，希望從裝置智慧電表著手，提高能源使用效率，不是強迫節電，媒體資訊不正確才有這樣誤解。

他表示，昨天談到普遍節電，大學也是一個大的機構，他好奇問「大學有沒有裝智慧電表？他們跟我說，沒有裝智慧電表」，未來希望從這方面著手。

林全被詢及要求大學夏季尖峰節電，遭質疑為何第一刀砍向校園？林全上午在立法院受訪表示，工業界的節電已經做了很多，主要是討論智慧電表的運用，工業大戶都有裝智慧電表，這方面已經很有成效。
