　　LINE Pay一卡通電子支付將於9月3日上線，「街口支付」搶先推出台灣版餘額寶「街口託付帳戶」，保證年收益最高1.8%，還採複利每日計息，隨即引來金管會關切，目前街口官網與APP均已暫時將活動下架。不過各界認為，街口此舉正是要搶媒體聲量，在LINE Pay服務開通前「占先機」。

　　「街口支付」一向將LINE Pay視為頭號敵人，就在LINE Pay與一卡通9月3日啟動「電子支付」服務前夕，搶快公布9月3日開通「街口託付帳戶」。下載APP線上註冊為實名制會員即可開戶，連結銀行帳戶後，將金額儲值於「街口信託帳戶」內，保證年收益1.2%~1.8%，不僅高於銀行定存利率，更採複利每日計息、每日給息，也就是說每日利息自動滾入本金再賺息。

　　「街口支付」指出，目前已經與台新、玉山、中國信託…等12家銀行合作推出免手續費的跨行轉帳、儲值、提領等服務，而國泰世華、臺銀、新光、高雄銀、日盛等銀行正在測試中，帳戶覆蓋率將在年底前達到90%。預估APP下載量在「街口託付帳戶」啟用後，可從120萬衝高至300萬，更直言「別人還在複製街口半年前服務時，街口只會走的更快」。

　　如此大手筆、闊氣的做法，卻引起金管會關切。依據法規電子支付公司不得經營銀行業務，「儲值」不能給存款利息。而「保證年收益」、「高於定存利率」等用詞，已經違反「不得以津貼、贈與或其他給與方法吸收儲值款項」的規定。金管會已要求街口支付撤下相關訊息，並要求詳細檢視完整活動細節，視結果調整行銷內容。

　　目前，街口支付官方網站與APP內都已不見相關內容，不過街口支付執行長胡奕嘉則在個人臉書上表明「9/3台版餘額寶街口託付帳戶一定上線」，更以「熊熊別哭哭」暗示向「LINE Pay」宣戰。不過，在金管會的壓力下，「街口託付帳戶」是否能如期開通，成為各界關注的焦點，而外界也認為「街口支付」搏版面的行徑，已觸動金管會的敏感神經。
