（中央社記者李淑華、邱柏勝東京8日電）日本涉台事務人士表示，過去5年來台日簽署多項協議，關係良好。台灣新政府將上台，今後也會對總統當選人蔡英文有期待；不論誰執政，都希望繼續深化台日交流。

日本涉台事務人士說，5月20日新政府將就任，「我們對蔡英文當然有期待」。不過，目前還不清楚民主進步黨政府未來外交政策與方向，還不便說什麼，尤其未來雙方能否成為很好的夥伴關係？雖有期待，但還言之過早。

至於日方如何看待兩岸關係？日本涉台事務人士表示，希望透過兩岸當事者間直接對話獲和平解決，「我們希望和平解決，你們對話來解決，和平是最重要」。

至於中國大陸外交部長王毅在美國未提及「九二共識」，日本涉台事務人士說，中國大陸官員在美國談話與中國大陸領導人習近平在國內談話，當然「內外有別」，但王毅在美國發出的訊號，自然也傳達某程度意涵，絕不是突然講到，仍待未來民進黨政府如何與中國取得平衡點。

此外，日本涉台事務人士表示，中日關係因釣魚台（日方稱「尖閣列島」）問題，西元2008年發生極大變化，尤其中國大陸派船密集巡防，「改變現狀，挑戰日本對於尖閣列島的實質控制」，從日本角度來說，確實對中日關係是一大衝擊，但近來關係已有回暖現象。1050308
