本片是《新娘百分百》、《愛是您，愛是我》編劇李察寇蒂斯最新作品，依舊浪漫感人，觸動人心。雖然男主角有穿越時空的超能力，但重點不在於此，而是帶出珍惜每一天，用全新視角看待日常生活中的點點滴滴，去享受每天的一成不變，然後就會看到驚喜其實就在其中。在對的時間遇上對的人，然後緊緊把握，就像是男主角初遇女孩時的悸動，因他拯救父親好友的事業而改變初遇的發生，然而他的癡傻卻給了他再次擄獲佳人芳心的機會。穿越時空的超能力，並非能夠讓人產生愛情，但使他明白正在進行的愛情是如此珍貴，需要好好珍惜一段不容易的感情，也因為女孩的出現，漫長的時間而不無聊，求婚的衝動既平凡卻又如此充滿愛。「人生中真正的困境，總是那些你從未擔心過的事情。」有一幕很感人，當男主角與爸爸真正告別，爸爸卻只要男主角陪陪他去海灘散步，當畫面回到男主角小時候與父親身影時，我想很多人很難不被打動的。本片不只是一部浪漫愛情喜劇，片中對親情的描述更是動人。
