    蔡總統日前曾說，不希望別人用一百天來評斷她執政成敗。辜寬敏表示，這個想法沒錯，新政府也不是沒做事，但不能用這個當藉口，「執政一百天，那上台前的四個月呢？還有過去四年呢？」如果準備足夠的話，人事怎麼都沒完成？
