Guests must be aged 23 or over,. Guests aged 18 years or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival and must have the same name as the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.

Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.

The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Please inform Hunsens Grand Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
