新冠疫苗能否混打？指揮中心至今態度保守，認為欠缺科學實證，但國內專家認為，疫苗混打勢在必行，因為沒人能預測第3劑疫苗，甚至將來到貨的疫苗品牌究竟為何？呼籲指揮中心應提前準備、因應。
中華民國防疫學會理事長王任賢表示，不同廠牌之間的疫苗混打，學理上可行，但目前研究上資料仍然不足；由於國內不僅採購1000萬劑的AZ疫苗，還有美援的莫德納以及將來可能到位的BNT疫苗，因為無法確切掌握各品牌的疫苗到貨時間，所以開放疫苗混打勢在必行。
王任賢指出，除這些疫苗品牌外，7月還有國產疫苗可望出爐，屆時能否混打其他國際品牌，也是一大問題。他身邊就有不少參與國產疫苗試驗的朋友已透露，將來有打其他疫苗的需求，建議指揮中心提早訂出疫苗混打的相關指引，明訂那些人不適合混打。
中國醫藥大學附設醫院感染管制中心副院長黃高彬則說，根據歐洲的研究指出，疫苗混打確實可行，只不過會有一些較明顯的副作用，但不至於會有不好的效果。由於該研究樣本數較少，因此國際間還沒有較強烈的建議。
黃高彬指出，歐洲研究指出，疫苗混打的最佳配法是第1劑打AZ，第2劑打BNT或莫德納，保護力可大於2劑都打AZ。至於國產疫苗，學理上應可搭配AZ疫苗，作為第2劑使用，但這部分還有待通過緊急使用授權（EUA）後，進一步實驗證實。
前疾管局長蘇益仁則說，要在國內混打，先要臨床實驗，沒問題後才可以推動，建議指揮中心可以先做一個小規模20至50人臨床混打實驗，同時也可當成是第四期臨床實驗。

中華民國籃球協會日前提出SBL、PLG和新成立的T1 League共同舉辦選秀會的想法，16日3方代表和籃協理事長謝典林舉行線上「跨聯盟選秀制度研議會議」，會後各聯盟代表需在6月21日前回文給籃協，表達對跨聯盟選秀的最終決定。P. LEAGUE+會後發出聲明表示，會自行舉辦選秀。

P. LEAGUE+（簡稱PLG）今天由執行長陳建州，協同聯盟6支球團與法務代表，一起出席由籃協理事長謝典林所主持，以線上方式進行的「跨聯盟選秀制度研議會議」，其他出席代表包括SBL球團委員會代表、T1 League聯盟籌備處代表、大專院校體育總會代表與籃協幹事部代表。
會議上各代表針對跨聯盟選秀制度進行熱烈討論，籃協最終要求各聯盟代表在6月21日前回文給協會，表達對跨聯盟選秀各自最終的決定，PLG基於尊重球員有決定自己未來之權利與精神，在會議上堅定表述，自行舉辦選秀是PLG聯盟與球團的共識，但仍尊重今天會議上其他代表所提之支持跨聯盟選秀的想法。
PLG會在6月21日前正式回文給籃協，表達自行舉辦選秀的決定，但仍願意傾聽任何在尊重球員意願基礎下之具體且可行的跨聯盟選秀方案。
關島正式推出線上電子申報表，入境零接觸

關島觀光局在關島海關檢疫局和關島國際機場的合作下，正式推出「電子申報表（Electronic Declaration Form，EDF）」網站。行動版電子申報表推出後，所有抵達關島的旅客，在抵達前72小時，可自行在個人電腦或任一行動裝置先填寫電子申報表，方便入境關島。而事實上關島實施電子申報表第一階段已在3月推出，當時讓特定航班的乘客在行李提取區內指定的區域填寫EDF(電子申報表)，現在升級作業，只要民眾入境前即可在線上作業填寫電子申報表即可入「關」，方便遊客入境關島！
關島觀光局局長兼執行長 Carl T.C Gutierrez 表示，關島是全世界率先建置電子申報表技術的旅遊目的地之一，現已有幾個少數國家，例如印尼的峇厘島等，為海外旅客提供便捷的線上電子申報表單。行動版電子申報表推出後，旅客的家人能提前幫忙填寫表單，旅客再也不用擔心要在飛機上填寫表單。特別感謝總督Lou Leon Guerrero 持續地支持，並提供我們更新電子申報表的資源，和在疫情之中推動旅遊產業的革新發展。
關島海關檢疫局局長Ike Q. Pereda說，經過數月的計畫和測試，我們很高興能正式推出行動版電子申報表，也為島嶼的未來向前邁進一大步。關島觀光局觀光研究總監Nico Fujikawa也說道，原先計劃經由掌控電子申報表的推出以確保系統的完整性，和保護旅客的資訊。EDF(電子申報表)是一個提供旅客的長期零接觸解決方案。
關島觀光局鼓勵所有旅客利用在登機前三天的時間，通過線上填寫「申報表（EDF）」，除了方便旅客申請入「關」外，在疫情情間還能以零接觸進入入境流程。
欲申請「電子申報表」（EDF）民眾，可前往cqa.guam.gov或 guamedf.landing.cards. 進入線上申請作業。若來不及線上申請作業，遊客在關島機場行李提取區內填寫區，填寫指定的電子申報表，即可入「關」。欲前往關島的民眾，需接種過美國食品藥物管理局（FDA）或世界衛生組織（WHO）認證之疫苗（輝瑞、莫德納、嬌生、AZ）的旅客方可免隔離。但提醍民眾，而且2劑式疫苗在接種第2劑後兩周才算接種完全；1劑式則是在接種後兩周才算接種完全。

Falcon House’s affiliates and delegates may process your personal data on Falcon House’s behalf, including with persons or organizations that may be data controllers in their own right. Falcon House’s service providers are generally processors acting on the instructions of Falcon House.
