台北市第三位副市長將由政治大學財政系教授周麗芳出任，曾經和周麗芳共事過的教育部長吳思華，十分肯定她的行政能力，相信她一定能勝任市政工作。(陳映竹報導)

懸缺已久的台北市第三位副市長，確定由政大財政系教授周麗芳出任。周麗芳在政大任教時，行政經驗豐富，教育部長吳思華在政大校長期間，周麗芳是他的得力助手，曾擔任2年的公企中心主任、3年的研發長。吳思華讚許，周麗芳對行政熱心、工作投入、專業能力強，事前他不知道周麗芳參與遴選，但有機會服務大眾是很好的事情。

未來周麗芳將負責督導世大運、世界設計之都，以及教育局、文化局、體育局等局處，吳思華有信心，周麗芳能勝認這些工作。
