近來生活實在忙亂。 前幾天才發現八月份時有人問了一些美語版的茶樹粉液體皂問題。  剛好家裡洗髮液皂也需要再做一批, 趁此機會紀錄製作過程。  以下是貼在我的英文手工皂格的內容:

From my past liquid soap making experience, the liquid volume for the pasta pot I used in this post should be less than 6245g (oil 3402g +  KOH 709g + distilled water 2124g).

So this time I device  my liquid soap recipe as following:
 
coconut oil   1320g
canola oil       600g
castor oil       600g
KOH             567g
distilled water      1701g

total liquid volume is 4788g

The recipe will be used as shampoo for normal to oily hair.


I started using cold process method at 80°c to achieve the paste stage.  Then I put metal lid on pot and put in oven to bake at 300℉ for one hour.  During this one hour, I stirred the soap paste every 15 minutes.  After diluting small drop of soap paste, I found out the hot process part for liquid soap making need to be at least two hours at 300F in the oven.  Please adjust accordingly.
