藜麥(quinoa)跟素食類的食譜蒐集

最近有機會去了一趟圖書館, 又借了幾本食譜翻翻。 這些照片是將來有機會想嘗試做的食譜:
Kale + 藜麥
Difficulty: Easy Cook Time: 1-30 min.
Ingredients
3 cups fresh kale, stems removed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
Himalayan salt
Cooking Directions
Place the kale in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix throughout.
Place in a single layer on microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle with salt.
Put the place in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Microwaves vary, so watch closely as some pieces may burn. Remove the plate from microwave when the kale appears crunchy. Let it sit for a few minutes and enjoy! Recipe courtesy Christie Ryan.
