國民黨全代會19日正式通過提名洪秀柱為總統參選人，國民黨智庫今天(20日)指出，根據智庫委託全國意向民調公司在19日晚間所做的民調，洪秀柱的支持度上揚，為37.6%，雖輸給民進黨總統參選人蔡英文的47.1%，但雙方的差距已縮小到10%以內；另有15.2%的選民不願表達立場。

根據民調結果，選民表達的政治傾向比例依序為民進黨28.7%、國民黨28.6%、親民黨17.4%、台聯12.8%，對4黨皆不支持的為4.5%，其餘8.1%沒意見或拒答。

與政黨傾向交叉比較時，顯示國民黨支持者支持洪秀柱的比率增加，約有90.2%的支持度，只略低於民進黨支持者對蔡英文的94.2%。

另外，洪秀柱支持度在北部區域略贏蔡英文，南部輸給蔡英文，但差距縮小到10至15%以內。至於性別方面，在男性選民中，洪秀柱與蔡英文的差距更縮小到7.68%，女性方面的差距則較大。
