-Photo shoot run-down-
1. Select your wedding Kimono (approximately 60 minutes, including trying different outfit)
※ THE COLLECTION has over 50 years』 history within the industry. They provide a variety of Kimono/Western dress selection. There are over 300 different Uchikake selection for the ladies and over 30 Montsuki for the gentlemen.
2. Make-up and dress up (approximately 120 minutes)
※ 20 minutes break (BYO food and drinks)
3. Heading out to the Shrine (approximately 30 minutes)
※ On the way to the Shrine, it will be going pass the centre of Ginza where you can enjoy a nice Tokyo city view.
※ The photo shoot is usually taken place at the Sakurai Shrine. However, due to the time/date you have selected, a new Shrine venue may be used. You will be informed as soon as possible of any changes. Thank you for understanding. (http://www.sakura.jingu.net)
※ Asakusa Shrine is also available for selection, please let us known in advance.
4. Ceremony at the Shrine□Professional photography (approximately 90 minutes)
Ceremony Process:
1 Syubatsu: an indication of purifying your body/soul
2 Saisyu-Ippai: greeting to the Gods
3 Norito-Souzyou: reporting your marriage to God and wish for longer-term happiness of two people.
4 Sansankudo-Seihainogi: Pouring the Nectar (Sake) into 3 wine dishes (large, medium and small) and exchange it with one and another representing the long lasting love/relationship.
※ The Priest will ask the bride and groom exchanges nuptial cups three times and drink three sips from each of the three cups of the Sake. (Same procedure for all wine dish sizes)
5 Tamagushi-Houten: The bride and groom make offerings of Tamagushi to the God to vow their marriage.
5. Heading back to THE COLLECTION (approximately 60 minutes)
※ It will be going pass tourist attraction such as Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Tower, the Imperial Palace and Asakusa Kaminarimon. You have the option to pick 3 places to take your photo shoots.
6. Changing back to normal clothing (approximately 30 minutes)
7. Collect your electrical file with your 200 photo copies.
