Fix VXDIAG JLR SDD Device License Invalid Error

Problem:
Got the vxdiag vcx nano JLR device USB version. Tried to download JLR SDD driver in vx manager but failed.
It says the device license for the application is invalid or expired. Any solution?
Solution:
Update the license first, then install/update JLR SDD driver.
