ESPN消息，馬刺隊以4年4500萬美元的新合約留下格林（Danny Green）！

格林也在推特上證實續約的消息，這位2013-14賽季的奪冠功臣順利留隊。

上賽季是格林在馬刺的第5個賽季，平均11.7分4.2個籃板。

近期馬刺正在全力追求阿爾德里奇（LaMarcus Aldridge），很多人認為馬刺並不會留下格林，他自己都有些好奇能繼續留在球隊。

「我都覺得有很大的可能自己回不來了。」格林接受ESPN的電話採訪時表示，「但馬刺給了我一個合適的報價。」

續約後，格林對馬刺新賽季更有所期待，「我很興奮能回來，特別是當我們有機會能得到其他關鍵球員的時候。我們的未來非常光明。我們的核心陣容回來了，希望我們還能再來一到兩個關鍵球員。」
