雙十國慶即將到來，外交部今天(2日)表示，今年的國慶光碟已經製作完成，主題定為「友善國際，和平傳愛」，內容除介紹中華民國在國際上扮演的五種角色與活路外交的成果之外，也透過精心拍攝的畫面與精緻配樂呈現台灣的美麗意象，希望能讓全世界的朋友藉此了解台灣的進步現況。

外交部從2001年開始，每年的雙十國慶都會特別製作文宣光碟，今年也不例外。外交部發言人王珮玲2日受訪表示，2015年的國慶光碟主題是「友善國際，和平傳愛」，內容圍繞馬英九總統在今年元旦宣示的「和解、合作、和平」理念，強調中華民國過去1年來致力醫療外交與人道援助的付出和貢獻。王珮玲說：『(原音)中華民國在國際上扮演的五大角色，來呈現馬總統執政7年多以來推動活路外交的具體成果。』

王珮玲指出，外交部同仁每年都花費不少心血製作國慶光碟，以今年為例，就曾經過4次審片會議、修訂過17個版本，連配樂都做了11次更改之後才定案。
