反軍改團體八百壯士指揮官吳其樑14日表示，民進黨之後必然會強行通過軍改案，因此，八百壯士已規劃轉型為「中華民國八百壯士捍衛中華協會」，30日召開會員大會選出理監事，結合軍公教警及理念相同的團體及個人，繼續對抗不公不義的政府。

吳其樑說，八百壯士經歷479天立院前埋鍋造飯的艱苦陳抗，已經成為幾十萬退伍袍澤的精神寄託，不過大家心裡都清楚，不論國民黨團在立法院內如何奮戰，八百壯士在場外如何努力聲援，民進黨必然會粗暴的強行通過軍改案。

吳其樑透露，公教年改下月開始實施，許多公教警朋友陸續接到個人「退休所得重算處分書」後發現，跟政府所說的預想刪減金額落差很大，紛紛四處尋求協助；依法，收到通知書次日起算三十天內未提起訴願或復審，就代表接受，由於一般民眾不了解相關法律程序，將來提出訴願、復審、訴訟，到最後聲請釋憲，是一個非常冗長的過程，自然造成人心惶惶。

吳其樑要各位退伍袍澤放心，軍改通過後，仍有許多法定程序必須持續完成，才能確保所有退伍軍人的合法權益，八百壯士指揮部已針對上述情況，由法律顧問團完成因應規劃，將盡快提出立法委員連署軍改釋憲聲請。

吳其樑強調，八百壯士捍衛中華協會正式運作後，不論是否加入協會，只要兩年來參與八百輪值的團體，都會持續協助辦理。法案通過後至八百協會30日召開會員大會，正式運作前的空窗期，會協調臨時場所，另行公告地址電話，並派員輪值，提供所有袍澤諮詢服務。
