The Pipo W3F is a sequel to the Pipo W3, a powerful yet very affordable Transformer tablet. The tablet houses an Intel Atom 64 bit Quad Core processor with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. Expandable storage is also made possible via Micro SD or TF-card support. The tablet supports Dual Boot, that means Android 4.4 and Windows 8.1
Aluminum shell covers the massive 10.1 inch frame, the tablet also features a high resolution FHD or 1080p display. Which is one of the notable features of the tablet. A rarity to see, tablets at this size with 1080p resolution and at less than $200.
Connectivity is unfortunately limited Wi-Fi and External 3G dongle Support. The tablet also supports one USB 3.0 port for high speed file transfer. Furthermore, the tablet also features a mini HDMI port. Other connectivity options are also available, such as Bluetooth 4.0 and USB Host OTG.
At the back is a 5.0 megapixel camera with Autofocus, touch focus and video recording support. At front is also a 2.0 megapixel camera. The overall build is made of Glass screen and a sturdy Aluminum shell at the rear. This makes the tablet feel solid and premium despite the budget price. The tablet is powered by a 7800mAh battery which has a running time of up to 7 hours in Frugal usage or up to 5 hours on moderate to heavy usage. Pipo W8
Overall, Pipo has always been a forerunner of cheap and sturdy tablets. The Pipo W3F might as well be another one. The tablet can be a laptop replacement via the Dual Boot support or just be a multimedia device. The tablet offers great features for the price. Although it might not have built in 3G Support. Its currently one of the cheapest 10.1 inch or Full tablet available.
