最近剛結束"禪學英語"的課程~
真的是很棒也很有趣的體驗^^
每次上課都要先合掌朗讀一段經文~

下課前則是要朗讀迴向文~
Dedication of merits
May all the merits accrued from my peaceful mind,
be dedicated to all beings without exceptions.
May all beings rejoice with this sharing,
and be well, happy and peacefully still.
Thus have I heard: "Indeed this sharing of merits do work !"
By the power of this Truth, may I verify this Truth for my own.
May all who encounter hindrances in this rejoice, may these hindrances cease.
May all hindrances to the Path cease. May those who strive whole-heartedly, attain.

上課內容是教我們怎麼學習英文~
First~~~
"Stop doing things that don't work." -Karmic Management
不要再做沒有用的事~
其實無論是生活或是學習都一樣~
人生短暫時光飛逝~
常常花大把時間背一堆艱澀難懂的單字和文法~
結果在日常的生活中卻無法輕鬆自在的說英文...
Take it easy~~~
每回要開口說英文好像就會莫名的緊張起來...
所以~要找到自己覺得有趣的學習方法~功效就會倍增^^

Second~
"Slow, Deep Learning Is Best"
簡單的東西一直重覆不停的做就會變的不簡單~
好像真的是這樣~
一個單字要一直反覆背誦直到內化為像自己的母語般能夠自然的脫口而出~
我學電腦也有相同的感受~
一個看似簡單的操作~要一直不斷的練習直到自己不再忘記~
最終才能隨心所欲的發揮所學^^

Third~
"Intensive Listening, Extensive Reading"
要持續不斷的種下成功的種子~
持之以恆~
不論是學英文~學電腦~學畫畫~
都是在心裡撒下種子~
終會有開花結果之日~

很快的今年又將結束...
今年的我上了很多課~
感覺非常的充實愉快^^

記得老師在課堂上說過~
"一秒鐘平靜的心也值得分享"
