    鄭文燦上午視察石門水庫運作時表示，石門水庫在梅姬颱風來襲時，洩洪量達2億7000萬噸，超過一個石門水庫的蓄水量，排砂量也逾70萬立方米。

    梅姬颱風帶來豐沛雨量，石門水庫截至上午10時水位為243.38公尺，距離245公尺滿水位約為1.5公尺，為了維護水庫結構安全性，水庫上午起開啟排洪隧道，實施每秒400立方公尺排洪，進一步調控水位。
