光州世大運昨天閉幕，台北市長柯文哲除代表下一屆主辦城市接旗並發表演說，下午也先拜會國際大學體育總會（FISU），確認2017台北世大運開閉幕主場館由大巨蛋改至台北田徑場，FISU正式發給同意書之外，也建議北市府可在公園綠地架設轉播大螢幕，讓擠不進場的市民也能欣賞開閉幕演出。
柯文哲拜會FISU會長Claude-Louis Gallien之前，特地先將服裝從一早穿著的POLO衫換成西裝。他笑說，畢竟是正式的外交場合，且要正式提出主場館變更的申請。
柯文哲表示，FISU對於主場館改變沒有意見，已簽名並發給正式同意書，同時建議既然台北田徑場只能容納2萬名觀眾，北市府不妨在公園架設大螢幕，讓一般市民也能參與。
因主場館改變，MMC（媒體中心）、IBC（國際轉播中心）也需跟著變動，柯文哲說，一回到台灣就會趕快確認，這也是FISU比較關心的事項。
