（中央社記者顧荃台北8日電）台北市今年公務員退休人數居六都之冠，台北市長柯文哲今天表示，轉換新首長，特別是政黨輪替，前半年離職人數會比較多，這是可預期的。
銓敘部長張哲琛今天表示，從公務人員退休撫卹基金支領的人數，可以看出最近3年退休人數沒有大幅增加。而直轄市因新首長上任有新作風，以台北市來說，今年的退休人數確實有增加。
國民黨立法委員呂學樟則說，台北市政府申請退休人數是6都之冠，還有很多申請外調。他質疑是否是因為市長柯文哲個人因素？明年有政黨輪替的不確定性，恐有更大一波的退休潮。
柯文哲上午出席「首都圈論壇-公共住宅政策」，會後受訪時說，轉換新首長，特別是政黨輪替，前半年離職人數會比較多，這是可預期的，包括調中央或提早退休的數字的確是比較高，他認為過一陣子穩定後就會正常。
柯文哲也說，台北市老年人還是比較多，65歲以上超過14%，新北市才9%多。台北市到2021年，老人人口會達到20%，台灣特別是台北市，未來5年會突然老化，老人政策真的要特別研究一下。1041008
