PS 4/15/2025 i dont know whether updated on 4/13/2025 caused the posted disappeared problem or else. i did find the problem happened before but not sure the reason.

12/28/2024 did Xray on my both hands, result as:
diagnostic imaging RAD/XR left 2 views and XR hand right 2 views
clinical indication: Bilateral hand pain
technical information: right hand 2 views, left hands 2 views
comparion: none (ps never did before i did mention and show my hands to doctor/nurse but didnt get any order for my hands in 2022-2023.)
findings:
right hand: mild osteoarthritis 骨关节炎 of the second and third proximal 近端的 interphalangeal 指节间的 joints. ps 近端 means nearby palm, 远端 nearby nail.
distal 远端的;末梢的 interphalangeal 指节间的 joints are mildly narrowed.

no bone erosion 侵蚀. no periarticular 关节周围 soft tissue swelling. ps 关节明显变粗尤其右中指

in 2024 cant but yelled out the abuser frequently dump junks in our yard including falling leaves, branches, broken bricks, many stones...because my fingers problems especially worked in winter/cold weather yard. after doctor ordered X-ray on my hands the bastard seemed stop dump branches. ps piled up in their parking lot and sometimes burnt it caused horrible smelling in the night. (here 4pm turned dark)

And unbelivable the neighbor (suspect the abuser rent a room, very likely 3-4 young male, 1 white female with a baby living together) clean drive way falling leaves once, minor snow shovel(no need) once. i inquired spouse why and told him i dont want whoever did any and never would forgive the abuser. i would rather they clean out their falling leaves in stead pile up under trees then flying/dump to our drive way, parking lot and yard.

certainly i cant tell how many psychos did to me, except (after 2013, in 2015?) we had fighting, rainning day spouse went to buy lunch meal, did mention in secands about the other person(s ?) told him who saw the young female wore my clothing and no one welcome her(stealing habit) we are the only place she can come. 2? weeks later spouse wanted me to treat the person(s) who told him, i was still quite upset and told spouse they should tell you much earlier and refused (my sister is smarter wont turn down but dig out more).
another time is the male admitted(to spouse who wont tell me their names and what relation to us) stole our things but declared others too.
before his youngest sister family moved out (in 2019-2000?) spouse asked me the sister requested 50% our things but i turned down, when frequently saw things stolen i inquired spouse whether 50% related. he denied ever asked me about 50% permission. the same he denied ever told me about the female and other male. until 2017? he fell down sent to hospital emergency room he told me his sister did require 50% and he felt shame so always denied. unbelivable he came out hospital still denied.
spouse has very weird "shame" feeling for sister and for others, wont tell the truth forever that destroy our life so the weird things never can stop.

4/16/2025 got clinic called saying mail X-ray order for my hands, and i explained just left 2nd finger and right 2,3,4 fingers, the report might make mistake, the lady still want me take X-ray so i inquired would insurance cover the fee and mammogram related? she answeared yes. then got central schedule called i am not sure it is for the current x-ray or the ultrasound and mammogram. the lady told me its about mammogram so i told her already made on 4/15 and got 5/12 (the earlierst available) for ultrasound 1st and might mammogram on the same day. but just got x-ray informed. she verified 5/12 and told me no need make appointment for x-ray just stop by hospital.

--one of the worst experiences that BCBS-ILL moved to FL? while i was very upset that did xxx and mammogram on the same day (the day Dr. Shark issued 2 orders so i booked appointment) and earlier (before visited hospital) confirmed with hospital and BCBS whether insurance covered both answeared yes. but turned out the unknown insurance rule cant do 2 procedures on the same day (3? days later for 2nd procedure) then ended to pay all mammogram fee charged. i tried to dispute with insurance company the BCBS-FL refused to talk to me as it is not in ILL excuses. our good primary doctor left after i infected H1N1 3 years. i selected the same office doctor because medical records stay in the same place is the best or have to pay transfer records fee. i heard the clinic called the doctor Shark which i didnt know it is a warnning. we been with the good one since 1998? the clinic office knew our financial status that spouse became contractor jobs on/off. the Dr. Shark frequently changed spouse medicines and we got huge medical debts because this and that lab tests under 50%? even some not insurance covered.

when got BCBS was sued(services between February 2008 and October 2020) i immediately registered for us but found website has the limit lines. certainly it was long time ago the psycho thief stole all statements i filed for dispution and our insurance cards. ps How do I participate in the Settlement? To receive a payment, you must have filed a claim by November 5, 2021. i already gave up because win10 notebook was killed by MS maniac updating day and night in 2023-2024 Jun. until received the law office email in 2025.
