In British slang: a person who lacks the courage to go through with something.

bottle在我們所讀過的意思中大多指瓶子，但在英國俚語中其實它有另外一種解釋，叫做＂勇氣＂或＂神經＂，所以lost one's bottle表示失去勇氣，代表著驚慌害怕！

而bottler是從bottle out of或bottle it衍生出來，代表著你沒有勇氣去處理或做某些事！

這邊要注意的是，在澳洲，bottler指某人或某事很優秀。
