洋基隊Alex Rodriguez台北時間23日對金鶯之戰，轟出他本季第20支全壘打，生涯第16個球季紅不讓達20發，排名第5位，此戰最後洋基4比3擊敗金鶯，最近10戰贏了8場。
A- Rod效力水手隊時，1994年登上大聯盟舞台，1996年轟36支全壘打，是他生涯首度單季全壘打超過20支，2002年效力遊騎兵轟了57支全壘打，是他生涯最高紀錄，2010年他已是洋基的主力戰將，轟了30支全壘打，這是他前一次單季轟出超過20支的全壘打。
今天5局下，A-Rod轟出他本季第20支全壘打，讓洋基隊取得4比2領先，而他生涯第16季轟20發紅不讓，排名在Hank Aaron、Barry Bonds、Frank Robinson以及Willie Mays之後，排名第5位。
此戰，洋基隊1局下Jacoby Ellsbury、Brett Gardner連敲安打攻得1分，緊接著，Mark Teixeira轟2分彈（本季第24轟），很快地就取得3比0的領先；金鶯隊3局上Ryan Flaherty轟陽春砲（本季第4轟），9局上Chris Davis也轟陽春彈（本季第20轟），攻得2分。
洋基隊先發投手Ivan Nova投6局失2分，贏得勝投（2勝3敗），Andrew Miller救援成功（22救援），金鶯隊Kevin Gausman吞敗投（1勝2敗）。
