Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

恩比德（Joel Embiid）新賽季首秀僅拿4分、6籃板。Horn antenna（圖／翻攝自X @BrickCenter_）76人23日作客塞爾提克，雖然最終以117：116奪下逆轉勝，球星恩比德（Joel Embiid）傷癒歸隊卻僅拿4分、6籃板，尤其是他整場比賽幾乎都跳不起來，讓球迷看得相當傻眼，直呼他的膝蓋是否已經完全受損，應該要慎重考慮提前退休。
恩比德在2022-23年賽季拿下MVP後，過去2年飽受傷病困擾僅出賽58場比賽，其中膝蓋更是他的致命傷，23日76人新賽季的首場比賽交手塞爾提克恩比德相隔8個月的時間終於歸隊，他受到上場時間限制僅打了20分鐘，但各項數據都相當慘淡，整場9投1、三分球4投0中，攻下4分、6籃板。
不只帳面上的數據相當尷尬，有不少球迷點出恩比德在比賽過程中幾乎沒有跳躍的動作，搶籃板時都等球掉下來才去撿，還有進攻端都留在外線不肯往禁區攻擊，不禁讓外界懷疑究竟恩比德的膝傷是否痊癒，還是他根本尚未完全康復就帶傷上陣，網友認為他再硬打下去不只會毀掉他的職業生涯，還可能影響他一輩子的健康。
