泰國首都曼谷市中心17日晚間發生重大爆炸案，傳已造成27人喪生、約80人受傷，現場殘肢斷臂四散。目前已知有5名台灣人受傷，已在第一時間送醫，所幸均無生命危險。

我駐泰國代表處表示，在爆炸的第一時間就和泰國警方保持聯繫，目前已知有5名台灣人在場，其中2名雄獅旅遊團客張姓父女受傷，傷勢主要在腳和背，被碎裂物波及，兩人送醫後，女兒傷勢較為嚴重，止血後已無大礙。其餘3名非團客也都是輕傷。

觀光局表示，由於台灣前往泰國團體數量多，是否還有其他旅客受波及仍在統計中。

這起爆炸案震驚全球，國防部長普拉威（Prawit Wongsuwong）表示，炸彈客使用的是黃色炸藥，鎖定外國人發動攻擊，想要破壞對泰國攸關重大的觀光業。

泰國軍事執政團發言人表示，已經派出防爆小組全面清查，現場還發現至少兩枚炸彈，其中一枚已控制引爆。泰國警方正在清理現場。

現場消息也十分混亂。亞洲新聞台（Channel NewsAsia）的報導說，警方共引爆三枚炸彈。今日俄羅斯則引述泰國媒體報導，在觀光景點四面佛附近發生的這場爆炸案是以摩托車炸彈發動攻擊。
