Oracle's Hardware Albatross
Oracle saw weakness in new license sales in its third quarter and is also continuing to see weakness in its hardware unit. Morningstar analyst Rick Summer tells TheStreet's Ruben Ramirez that "it's a bit of an albatross around Oracle's neck."
