What is the definite destiny of the practice? Leading the sentient being to attain the ultimate happiness by avoiding the sufferings and emerge out of the cyclical birth and death to reach the non-birth Nirvana.

4.明心見性並不難,難在當下你能承當否。
It’s not so difficult to realize the Buddha nature which has existed innately, the difficulty is building the faith with the Buddha nature inner yourselves at the actual moment sincerely.

5. 蕅益大師講:「往生與否在於信願之有無,品位的高下在於功夫的深淺。」那什麼是深? 就是你放得下,愈放得下,看破這個塵世,愈放得下,表示功夫愈深,品位就越高。

7. 萬事萬物時刻都在變,人事在變,人心也在變,這個就是無常。
Anything and anyone are changing momentarily as well as the phenomena and even the minds of sentient beings, which are all the reflections of the impermanence.

8.善導大師講的,言「南無」者即是歸命,亦是迴向發願之義,言「阿彌陀佛」者即是其行,以斯義故,必得往生。
As Master Shandao taught, the term “Namo” referred to the homage to Triple Gems and vows to repay sages and sentient beings meritoriously. The term “Amitabha” accounts on the purified deeds of Amitabha. With knowing and practice it accordingly, we could surely reborn in Pureland.

The best way to improve your influence to others or surroundings is self-improvement and self–perfection with the good qualities accumulated by the self-training, in which you could impact and transform others finally.

10.「信心是一條繩子,它可以維繫你周圍所發生的事情,與你內心的呼喚成為一個和諧的關係」,也就是我們講跟阿彌陀佛交心感通,你透過信心來感通,它就像一條繩子一樣。
“The faith is like the rope through which you could connect all the happenings around with the vows you are taking innately in the harmony.” This is the reflections with the Amitabha as I mentioned, you could only reflect through your faith working as like the rope.

11.修學佛法就是捨掉一切身心的一切,你就得到這個佛果。
The path of studying and practicing the Buddhadharma is just detaching selfishness and self-possessions in your mind, in which you could attain the fruits of Amitabha has obtained.

12.眼前的這一切都是幻化的,所以佛教要叫我們覺悟啊!要教我們得到真實的東西,不要被這些假象所困住。
All the arising phenomena around us are the illusion without any self-nature. This is why Buddha has been reminding us to keep awareness in our mind, while He teaches us to realize the nature of all the things to avoiding being deluded by all this manifested illusions.

13.生命其實是無止境的,所以如果我們不修行,我們就會被困在這種無可奈何當中,我們真的會很痛苦,所以經上形容地獄的苦是無有盡時。
The rebirth and death is endless. If we couldn’t start to live and practice in accordance with the teachings of Buddha in this very actual life, we would have to be bound by the sufferings cycle of life and death painfully and hopelessly. So the sufferings of hells are so intolerant and tough without ends.

14.如果我們不修行我們永遠是困在痛苦當中,「苦苦,行苦,壞苦」當中,那真的是苦不堪言。
Without practicing due to Dharma taught by Buddha, we would have to be suffering all the sufferings as such: suffering the sufferings, suffering the becoming and suffering the decaying so forth toughly and inexpressively.
