此時就可提升覺念的能力,當意念保持冷靜和專心的想法,心念則要保持包容別人、多替別人想的態度,如此,覺念就無法影響和依附著其它二念,而必須自己針對壓力來源做出對應,這樣覺念即可慢慢提升,因覺念已無法依附和影響意念和心念,此時,意念就可達清靜的境界,心念就可達歡喜的境界,而覺念因長期都面對壓力來源,為了使肉身不受傷害和吃虧,定會做出對肉身最有利的對策,這樣覺念的狀態就會增強,即是藉由做出的對策結果中。
Once Your Behavior Is Enhanced

To enhance your behavior, you must keep your concept calm and focus, and be tolerant and considerate with your attitude. In this way, your behavior won’t affect your concept and attitude or rely on them, but take the pressure and work accordingly, so that your behavior can gradually be enhanced. In a long run, your behavior can learn how to face the pressure and act with the consideration of protecting your body. In the process of making the decision of how to react to the pressure and protect your body, your behavior can be enhanced.
